Our name says it all. Being connoisseurs of cleaning, we use our attention to detail to clean in every nook and cranny of your home. Unlike other cleaning services, we don’t just clean around your furniture and home accessories, we clean under, around and behind objects in your home for a more thorough cleaning.

Although our services are fully customizable, most of our customers like:
- Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized (including fixtures, mirrors and baseboards)
- Kitchen counters, appliance surfaces, floors and sinks cleaned
- Carpets, hardwood, tile and vinyl floors vacuumed
- Hard surface floors damp mopped
- Baseboards wiped clean
- Spot cleaning to remove fingerprints and smudges
- Wash entrance door, patio door and sink windows
- Vacuum or dust vents
- Empty trash containers
- Make beds
Things we don't do (unless requested):
- Wet wiping light fixtures due to breakage and timing factor, although we do dry dust them
- Greater than six small (cups, spoons, etc) or two large dishes (pots, serving dishes) in the kitchen sink
- Wet wiping TV or computer screens so that we do not damage them, although we do still dry dust them
- Shower curtains, due to the cost of us cleaning them vs. the customer replacing them
- Inside closets (for privacy)
- If there is greater than six items on a surface (such as an end table) we will only dry dust it, vs. polishing it as well. This could be a child's art project, a desk full of papers or items that are waiting to be put away. We will do our best to clean areas like this as thoroughly as possible but they do have a huge impact on our efficiency and quality of work. If you are interested on tidying as part of your regular service, please ask your team leader.
Our Service Area
Nooks and Crannies serves Charlottesville, Crozet, Albemarle and some surrounding areas. We generally travel about 10 miles from our office or up to about 15 miles, with an additional travel charge.
